I can't test it with PC now.
But in my mobile phone I tested with 2 browsers and i can't register .
Maby your site have a problem with some mobile phones ..
As a whole except the registration and according the screenshot you uploaded I think it's a good design.

This is not my mobile problem because I register in many sites like johncms.
Even I have my site based on johncms and there's no registering problem anytime.
However my phone in Nokia 701 - with opera mini and opera mobile browsers.

Fnally I logged in

the login box in index page is buggy and not working for me and also the registration page.
I try to login from this adress :
http://socialbux.epizy.com/login.php
and finally it works.

you are using old nokia java why you cannot afford to buy andriod generation
