ok I unzipped the whole script again and all files is there, but still have the error with downloads and gallery, also images like selected avatar don't show on profile still, also uploaded picture don't show on profile. Could it because of the php_flag and value?

Clear your browser cache.
Check the permissions on the folder "files" and invested in it.
Put 777 on the right folder specified in the instructions.

I just want to say thanks for all the help. In the end, I changed permissions on the folders gallery and downloads to 755, and then it worked I'm a very happy person now!!!
I have just 2 questions more, where can I change my favicon? I uploaded the one I want to use, but it still show the cms favicon in the browser. 2nd question, where can I change forum reply order, I want it to be like here, old to new, so latest posts is last

convictor, 1. "favicon" is in the root directory.
After replacing it necessary to clear your browser cache.
2. Sorting changes in the settings forum. Item "reverse sort".
