JOHNcms 4.3.0 do not have mod translit ,and error when down load topic !?

class functions have function trans() ,but in the setting of user not have a checkbox (translit)! And error when download a topic, any one help me fix this error?

Transliteration feature don`t interacts with the loading of the topic.

i don't understand ! I think the form setting in user/profile.php?act=settings it lost the checkbox translit, i'm not a coder and i can't modify serialize data
