Deleted files

I accidentally deleted incfiles folder and then, I upload it back and what I found, my website is still in error. I try to check the file by accessing the url example http://tibiamebrunei.tk/incfil ... d.php (if it's there, "access restricted" would appear) but then, when I enter the url, it directed to http://tibiamebrunei.tk/?err Isn't that mean the file is missing? But the directory is there. Please, help me

Check the permissions of incfiles/ folder - must be 755

yes, it's 755.

I think I need to install it back I'm going to reinstall it and start with fresh one.

Are incfiles/db.php in chmod 644 ?
