I need help on a error

I use version 440, and didnt change nothing in the script and it was working without problem, now all of a sudden a problem appear. I cant copy and paste or take screen shot, but check mobiholics.co.za to see the errors that is on top and bottom of the site, it seems it is the header and footer where the error is
