you need to make chmod rules for list files that shown in installation. i think so

some files need more rules, you need to go in your hosting panel and find there CHMOD(click on one of files in that list, find chmod) then make chmod rule for this file - just print numbers

i changed incfiles chmod in 755 but there is no such file in /incfiles/db.php
I mean there is no db.php.

there is no db.php...i checked it in /incfile/ . . .but there is no such file.
