Module Community help

I got my communities set up and running, and me as owner can create categories and sections. My probleem is that no member can enter the community to create ones for themselves, when they try they get the message insufficient privileges. Where do I up the privileges? Even my admin can't create community

ok, i installed the community, without problem and it work good, when creating community as sv, but my members cannot create a community, also not my admin can create a community, when they try, the error show privileges is insuffient.
