Errorr when install JohnCMS in WampServer

I've installed JohnCMS in WampServer. I can't access to my home, it display this error:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 13 at column 198: xmlParsePI : no target name
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

Can you help me fix this error?

The same error occure on XAMPP..
I can access all of my page, but not for home.
Can you help me to fix that?
