upload .zip file

whats wr0ng, why i cant upload .zip files at my forum? It sh0ws "File attached" but theres no link to continue...
the message was p0sted but the file d0 n0t.. I am trying other file type and its ok. Only the .zip ...

solved! An0ther guys, h0w to change the title of my site.. If at main page the title is johncms., i d0nt kn0w where to edit? I am c0nfusing.
