php_flag [something here]
php_value [something here]

delete the line:
php_flag
php_value
of the. htaccess

Jiuwap, open .htaccess file and you see something like that:

php_value ..
php_flag ...

You may comment all this options:

# php_value ..
# php_flag

Or just remove they from file.

P.s: What version of JohnCMS you using? Maybe later, i did it by my self and upload complite .htaccess for you in this topic.
