Help on Guestbook and Shoutbox

Please can anyone enlighten me on how to make my guestbook works with my shoutbox plz?

I have a shoutbox but guestbook is not working with it. i change my shoutbox/index.php to guestbook/index.php but whenever i want to post in the shoutbox, it will redirect me to guestbook. Plz i need help masters in the house

What is the difference between this two modules?

The problem is that when i drop a post in the guestbook it won't appear on the shoutbox and if i drop a post in the shoutbox it won't appear in the guesbook either.
I just want any new post in the guestbook to apear on the shoutbox plz.
Here is my head.php, i have tried to edit it several times to make this work but to no avail.
Plz, help me @all
