this error when i upload a picture file (png, gif, jpg, jpeg) to avatar or photo or album. I can't upload a picture file. And i can't select avatar in list. I was set 777 to folders. I use a vps linux KMV

No, code of the CMS is OK, the problem is in the hosting. Ask hoster to install additional libraries
