Adding Extra Languages For Johncms 5.x.x

To Make Johncms Worldwide Popular i have finished two languages file for johncms.
I have done Hindi [INDIA] And Nepali [NEPAL] Languages And i want to add those languages file in Current Future Version of johncms.

I request to johncms team for comment!
