I haven't take any changes in this file!
What should i do then, can you describe me to handle this error in detail please!
When i try know to user ip by clicking in [?] but it load for some time and get server timeout!

This module uses Sockets.
If you have such an opportunity on the hosting is closed, you can not use IP Whois function.
Try to change the hosting and fix it.
