Help in male/female Difrend Avatars,

Dear Helpers, how i can set at auto users Avatar to gender by gender Avatars, i mean, if anyone Registred in my site and he select to (male) gender and he not upload own Avatar/photo then show to this male gender image and if he select to female gender then shown female image ?
