Installation error

tried to install 6.1.2 on my host when i trying to install it redirecting me to johncms.com/?err
can some one help me? on this regard

i changed all permission still same issue

Check the folder where you've unpacked distributive. Probably wrong folder or reguire file is missing.

nope its still same thing, i am getting error of internal server error

when i look at .htacess file it have error redirection code thats why its taking me to johncms.com/?err

now when file permission changed according to

this changes i made but still internal server error
i am using same .htacess file which available with file
i used old version of johncms as well but same issue
i checked phpinfo it having everything all right
check--->
wapmines.com/phpinfo.php

Please advice what error i have to fix?
