johncms 500 Internal Server Error problem

Please help!! My johncms site always give error after some certain period, saying

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

Not till i delete my incfiles folder the error won't stop, so after some certain month the error begin..
So how can i please stop the error permanently...

try to change the hoster

Check .htaccess, maybe something wrong in that file

I think is the host

Because i had tried alot of .htaccess from d/f version johncms, the error stil prompt up after some period of month

You can fix this:
1) Unpack this archive, extract .htaccess
2) Replace .htaccess which is located in the root folder
