how to adapt the site with the browser, when it opened with a PC themes change with the web browser?

than the browser is show just the opera mini 4.2.

No they will have to change to the web theme in their settings.
So I suggest making a subdomain on your site like web.yourdomain.com and then making the web theme the default theme on just the subdo
