How to add a shoutbox?

I hope this is the right forum for this kind of theme... I want to add a shoutbox like on this sites http://dzabe.tk ...Can anyone tell me how? Is there a script for this which i can download?

make a new table like qchat,, create table name qchat2 and create index.php same script for qchat.. then change the all qchat word in to qchat2..

can admin edit it for verson 4.3? v4.x is seem other v4.3 at $realtime and time().

who can help me code shoubox chat by k_2 such as qchat for v4.3?
