Create a bot for security & other.

It's my first topic, so sorry if my topic & language is bad.
I want to ask about how to make a bot in forum for security like, auto close topic after 60 minutes, auto post after 7 minutes users(member) post on the topic & other.
Anyone here can help me to make it in forum? If anyone here can help me, i'm very thanks for that.

The job is difficult and takes a lot of time.

It is better to do this with CRON.
Write special page with code and than add this page to a task in the cron panel.
The content of the script (logic part of the sistem) you should do by yourself

OK, i will not do that. But what the mean of CRON panel? I not see that panel on jcms? Or i only can do that manual?

It is function of your hosting. (The possibility to run scripts according to the time schedule)

you can write a funciton or a file and include this on your file you need security.
ex:
sercurity.php
include (sercurity.php); on chat.php

and you will need statics all black words
