Is money module for johncms

Who can help me creat new module? I wanna creat a module like an bukmaker scripts bet module. I have a site blits.tk (beginning step), so user willbe write answer in the mainpage, they must have money and they enter any money example 0.10$ for answer. If his answer is right money will be given him. How he activate or deposit money. I want it occur with simcard.
