Lookin for best wap/web hosting

Hi guys i m new here and hope u help me to find best & free hosting(in ur opinion) having following criteria.
* enough space at least 1 gb.
* work smoothly with wap or phone browser Opera s60v2
* no upload size limit at least 10mb
* its own online ftp manager,
* support JohnCms
for ur info I have a site bt it doesnt support php, 200mb space and 3mb upload limit, i have created 3 acount.
Now i want to upgrade site with above features.
I use my 6600 to edit, upload, update site.
Hope u guys give me suggestion.

Thanks for the reply, i also think that kilu might be good option for space bt they dont give us online ftp upload, i feel afraid to use third party manager due to security,
currently i m using wen.ru whose server had crashed few days ago bt they have good preparation of that.
I dont know about others.

doest kilu support .Co.Cc or .Tk domain, i know it doesnt have upload size limit.

kilu webhosting DOES give you a titanic size Ad Pop up, it doesnt appear on opera, but it does appear if you opened it tru pc or webkit based mobile browser, those ads are oftenly malware, its not a good option for pc web, bplaced got so many limitation, host1free feel free to request time out, 000webhost is like a chinese phone, sometimes its good, sometime its terrible
