Please Help Me on This

I was using johncms version 4, on a free hosting site with the database and script working perfectly and normall, and i decided to move to paid hosting, then i transfer my script which i was using back then in free hosting, same as the sql datbase. After that, when i create topic or either to comment in topic, the details i posted or aded will not insert into my "forum" table, whereby the post or topic will not show in my website, likewise, tables names "users", " downloads" "guest," etc. Can anyone help me on this?

First check the permissions for some folders. They must be 777
/download/arctemp/
/download/files/
/download/graftemp/
/download/screen/
/files/cache/
/files/forum/attach/
/files/library/
/files/users/album/
/files/users/avatar/
/files/users/photo/
/files/mail/
/gallery/foto/
/gallery/temp/

я так поняла, что у него данные в таблицы не пишутся, сообщения в форуме, комментарии и т.д.

they are hv dat permission already at libra. Please jane, write in english
