bug in JOHNCMS upload AVATAR

THere is a bug in upload avatar or profiles picture page
i find it in jcms older versions and i didnt check is it fixed or not
but in this version there is an other problem

u cant upload there ! but there is no error showing
becouse there is
desplay_error
in that page codes
and not
functions::display_error !

and in older versions u can change another users avatar ! try it
