Help in changing $lng texts

Dear Helpers, how i can Change $lng texts, for Example: in personal menu is a option Link (My Mailbox) , code is $lng_profile['my_mail']

the Code automaticly shown to My Mailbox text, how i can change to this in other texts, Like: my mails , my private , etc ?
