[HELP] Problem in qchat

i use qchat v4, but why my qchat look like this, theres no smiley option n submit button is invisible.. plz help me where is the problem

Ur method not working, when i visit my site with mobile it shows the submit button bt not the smiley option, if i visit eith pc it shows like my prvious attachment
