Johncms 4.0 Gallery

I just wanna ask why only super mod, admin and supervisor are allowed to upload in gallery but members can't? Is it set by default, or a bug or need an additional module? Thanx for your replies guys. Here's my site powered by johncms. Waprock Community

I work with v3.2.2 and the admin panel, you can deny or allow access to the gallery ... In v4.x.x think the same way ...

I already set the right permission in admin panel but still no link to upload in gallery for users. I think it's a script bug..
