Can someone to fix a guestbook to see links yet to be written to 4:40?

These are two scripts from the forum is "index.php" and "files.php" I have again modified in several lines, so that guests can not download the files contained on the topic unless the user. If you want to try it, please download the script below
How to use:

1. Exrtract file index.php to:
/forum/(put here)

2. Extract file files.php to:
/forum/includes/(put here)

This is a simple addon which at first was in Russian language.
But, I completely rewrote and completed it..

Create a folder as "es" in incfiles/languages and unzip.

for 4.20 to 4.40

Try this.

only unzip in root and go to http://site.com/install.php
