Я всегда себе сам нарезаю, в зависмоти от человека, на который ставлю мелодию.
Но основные, если не из справочной книги, две, тоже собственной нарезки. На разных операторов, я так знаю на какую симку звонят.

inkscape пробую осваивать, может кому пригодятся иконки вектор(svg), только оптимизатор что то на питоне у меня не работает:-(
