nope its still same thing, i am getting error of internal server error

when i look at .htacess file it have error redirection code thats why its taking me to johncms.com/?err

now when file permission changed according to

Access Rights 777
/download/arctemp/
/download/files/
/download/graftemp/
/download/screen/
/files/cache/
/files/forum/attach/
/files/library/
/files/lng_edit/
/files/users/album/
/files/users/avatar/
/files/users/photo/
/files/users/pm/
/gallery/foto/
/gallery/temp/
/incfiles/
/library/temp/

this changes i made but still internal server error
i am using same .htacess file which available with file
i used old version of johncms as well but same issue
i checked phpinfo it having everything all right
check--->
wapmines.com/phpinfo.php

Please advice what error i have to fix?
