сам где-то накосячил, либо хост тебе подфартил. Погода прекрасно работает.

Как замутить чтоб вход и регистрация было внизу? И как замутить иконки перед ссылками в mainmenu.php?

Ushaev, Код из head перенеси в end. В файле mainmenu пропилши коды картинок
