hi people, can anyone explain to me step by step on how to install johncms 401? I unpacked the zip on my server, but just get miss configuration message

I uploaded the zip file to a directory named cms, when I go to the url, site.co.za/johncms it shows the error 500 before I even can do or see anything to start installation

may be it is a problem with .htaccess on your site?

i'm looking for a theme to jhoncms4xx host what have?before i'm sorry my english is bad.

I use other scripts on my server, and using htaccess. Is the johncms using register globals on or off?

is there an image tag for johncms? like [img][/img]? its not working for me...any solutions to that?

ok someone help me, and said I had to remove the next:

I removed it and the site did setup. But now, when I upload pics it don't show, also, when I click on downloads and gallery, I get redirect mobilads.ru then to here. Any suggestion on how to solve the htaccess problem, I'm using paid server

from .htaccess or write your site.
